Keep Moving is a high-touch 12-week program offering comprehensive, individualized support to help you maintain movement, confidence, and self-trust throughout pregnancy or postpartum. Ideal if you're looking for deeper guidance, frequent check-ins, and longer-term coaching that adapts as you do.

  • You’ll have ongoing access via email or voice note, so you can reach out with questions or updates anytime. I’ll respond with feedback, reassurance, or adjustments as needed.

  • Not necessarily. Your plan will be created based on what’s accessible to you whether that’s at home, outdoors, or in a gym. I’ll provide alternatives for minimal or bodyweight setups.

  • You’ll receive a post-program transition plan to help you keep moving with confidence on your own. This will outline certain benchmarks to strive for in the following six months based on the interactions we have had. You will also receive a 6-month follow-up to support your continued exercise journey.

  • Absolutely. A partner/support person session is optional but encouraged — it’s a chance to include them in understanding your goals, support needs, and the realities of exercise in pregnancy or postpartum.

  • Keep Moving is the most comprehensive option, designed for those who want consistent accountability and a truly collaborative approach. You’ll receive weekly 1:1 coaching, frequent adjustments, and ongoing communicatio, and a 6-month follow up.

  • Life happens, especially during pregnancy and postpartum. If you need to pause or reschedule, we’ll adjust accordingly. You won’t lose your sessions; the goal is to make the process flexible and sustainable, not stressful.

  • Keep Moving is designed for individuals who are pregnant or postpartum and want personalized, ongoing support. It’s ideal if you’re ready to commit to 12 weeks of guided movement and want expert help adapting exercise to your changing body, energy, and goals.

  • The 12-week Keep Moving program is $540 CAD in total. This includes your initial consultation, weekly 1:1 video calls, personalized exercise programming, ongoing support between sessions, and your post-program transition plan.

  • No, you don’t need to have an existing routine. Whether you’re new to exercise, returning after birth, or maintaining fitness during pregnancy, your program is tailored to your current ability, experience, and comfort.

  • Yes. Every plan begins with a comprehensive intake and screening to ensure exercises are appropriate for your specific stage and health status. If you have medical or obstetric considerations, I’ll adapt the program in collaboration with your care provider where needed.

  • Each program is individualized and may include light, moderate and/or vigorous exercise, strength training, mobility, conditioning, and where relevant, sport specific programming depending on your goals, trimester, or postpartum stage. The emphasis is always on safe progression, proper form, and your aspirations of where you want to be.

  • We meet once a week for a 30-minute video call to review progress, discuss any changes, and adjust your plan. These sessions ensure your program stays responsive to how you’re feeling and evolving.
