The 1:1 online consultation is client centered and designed to empower you in pregnancy and/or postpartum. The consultation is tailored to your unique needs, but you can generally expect:

  • Pre-consultation questionnaires

  • 30–minute video call

  • Health and pregnancy overview

  • Review of current or planned exercise

  • Personalized exercise guidance

  • Email follow up with discussion insights

  • Yes, you will receive some short pre-consultation forms to complete in advance, so we can make the most of our time together. These questionnaires will evaluate your current level of exercise and any medical considerations that should be considered.

  • Absolutely! I would love to chat, explain a little more about the consultation, my approach and see if this is a good fit for you.

  • A single consultation is $120 with no commitment thereafter. If you do decide to return for another consultation, you will receive a 25% discount.

  • Totally! Sometimes loved ones may have questions or concerns about the impact of exercise in pregnancy or postpartum. This is a perfect opportunity to acquire reassurances and ensure your circle is empowered to support you.

  • The 1-to-1 consultation is designed to support you in safely and confidently engaging in exercise during pregnancy or postpartum. It is tailored to your individual needs and goals — whether you’re just starting, modifying an existing routine, or seeking guidance on a specific issue.

  • The consultation lasts approximately 30-minutes, with a follow-up summary emailed to you afterward.

  • While every consultation is different, common topics include:

    • A brief health and pregnancy overview

    • Discussion of current or planned exercise

    • Personalised movement recommendations

    • Practical guidance based on your lifestyle, preferences, and experience

    Before the consultation, I will ask you to complete some intake forms so I can steer the conversation to address the areas you would like to discuss.

  • You are welcome to book consultations as needed. One may suffice but you may also return as pregnancy/postpartum progresses or circumstances change.
