Absolutely. This program is designed to meet you where you are, whether you are starting from scratch or continuing an existing routine. The focus is on safe, supportive exercise programming that aligns with your trimester and any symptoms you may be dealing with.

Highly personalized. Your plan is built from the ground up based on your responses in the intake survey and our initial call. It evolves with you through regular check-ins and email feedback.

Not at all. Your program will be based on whatever you have access to even if that’s just your bodyweight. If you have equipment like bands or dumbbells, we’ll incorporate them.

Prior to our initial consultation I will have shared with you a questionnaire. This will help me guide our discussion. You are welcome to prepare some questions you might have for me if you wish.

I will release your program week by week. In general:
the fundamentals will remain consistent and for some, the program may not change at all.

to improve strength and fitness, simplicity, repetition and consistency is important. It is my job to ensure the program allows you to do that as your pregnancy progresses or as you recover postpartum.

This program is $360 for the full 6-weeks.

Sometimes loved ones may have questions or concerns about the impact of exercise in pregnancy or postpartum. A partner/support person session is optional. It is a chance to include them in understanding your goals, support needs, and the realities of exercise in pregnancy or postpartum. This would involve one additional video call further to your initial consultation and our weekly check ins.

Pregnancy and postpartum are a dynamic time. If for some reason you are unable to complete the program, we can revisit the remaining time later in pregnancy, or postpartum which includes the entire year after delivering your baby.
