  • Email follow up with discussion insights

Move Independently

Move Independently is designed for individuals who want a personalized exercise plan they can follow on their own, without the need for weekly check-ins. This low commitment option is ideal for those who are generally motivated, comfortable exercising independently, and simply want expert guidance and structure without ongoing coaching. The program involves:

  • Pre-program questionnaires

  • Initial 30-minute video consultation

  • 6 weeks of personalised exercise programming

  • Email or voice note support as needed

Move More

  • Initial 45-minute video consultation

  • 12 weeks of personalised exercise programming

  • Weekly 1:1 video call

  • Ongoing email or voice note support between sessions

  • Post-program transition plan for continued movement

  • Optional partner/support person session

  • 6-month follow up
